TBR: Dicembre 2016

Buongiorno a tutti miei cari e...

BUON DICEMBRE! (Si rosso, perchè, insomma, dicembre = Natale... Lo so, è una battuta triste, perdonatemi ç.ç)

Dicembre, come tutti gli anni, è un mese particolare, perchè è pieno di avvenimenti mondani, Natale, cene varie, CIBO, regali, CIIIIIBO (si sa lol) e ben pochi libri interessanti dal mio punto di vista escono in Italia ç.ç (all'estero è un altro paio di maniche).

Comunque notoriamente settembre, ottobre e novembre sono più pieni di uscite.

Quindi iniziamo senza ulteriore indugio c:

01. Everlasting. Il nuovo mondo - Anita Book

La vita di Henrik Pedersen non è più la stessa da quando suo padre è morto. A Trondheim, la placida cittadina norvegese in cui vive, niente è come sembra. CI INTERESSA PERCHE': La copertina è davvero davvero carina, anche se probabilmente quella definitiva sarà più triste, però la trama aiuta davvero c: Insomma, ispira, ve?

02. Cose impossibili - A. G. Howard

La prima storia di “Sei cose impossibili” porterà i lettori nel futuro di Alyssa, con scene inedite e scene cancellate dai libri precedenti, che permetteranno di capire le decisioni e le scelte prese nel capitolo finale. E’ presente anche una versione più estesa e dettagliata dell’epilogo. Le altre due storie, “Il mese nello specchio” e “Il ragazzo del web”, invece scavano nel passato.

CI INTERESSA PERCHE': Abbiamo aspettato questi spin-off per seeeeecoli e finalmente eccoli!

E infine eccoci qua con questa meraviglia, anche se la copertina non si conosce ancora.

03. Unravel Me - Tahreh Mafi

E' quasi tempo di guerra. Juliette ha trovato rifugio al Punto Omega. È un luogo per le persone come lei - persone "dotate" - e è anche la sede della resistenza ribelle.

È finalmente libera dalla Restaurazione, libera dai piani che prevedevano di usarla come un'arma, e libera di amare Adam. Ma Juliette non sarà mai libera dal suo tocco letale. O da Warner, che desidera Juliette più di quante lei abbia mai creduto possibile.

04. Il solo modo per coprirsi di foglie - Laura M. Leoni

Tra le pagine di questo libro incontrerete Daniel, un riservato ragazzo italo-inglese in Italia per l’Erasmus, che cerca l’occasione di camminare da solo e si ritrova travolto da una passione fortissima; Claudia, la sua insegnante d’arte, una donna insoddisfatta e succube di una certa idea di moglie e di madre; e Anita, studentessa con il talento della musica, una voce prodigiosa e un triste segreto celato dietro il sottile paravento di due labbra imbronciate. È il desiderio la forza che manda all’aria questi destini, costringendo i protagonisti a uscire allo scoperto una volta per tutte. Per capire che non esiste difesa dal mondo, dalla luce e dal dolore che a ogni respiro ci trafiggono con la stessa vertiginosa ferocia. Con uno stile semplice e profondo, l’autrice scava nei pensieri, nelle azioni, negli umori e nei traumi nascosti dei suoi piccoli eroi quotidiani, dando voce alla loro voglia di combattere, di non arrendersi, di essere semplicemente se stessi. Perché, parafrasando la magnifica poesia che dà il titolo a questa storia, vivere è il solo modo per coprirsi di foglie.

CI INTERESSA PERCHE': Perchè a parte la copertina che attira subito (che occhi hanno fatto a questa?! Gooood!) la trama è una di quelle eteree, poetiche, struggenti che ogni buon lettore desidera. In più è una scoperta tutta italiana, quindi direi che non vi servono altri motivi per comprare questa meraviglia *-*
